the Future: Labor Party Convention and Conference Resolutions and Constitutional Amendments Constitutional Amendment: State Party Elections Article V, Section 4: Each state party organization shall establish its own by-laws, which shall establish the number of officers and their duties. By-laws adopted by state party organizations shall be consistent with this Constitution and be submitted to the National Council for approval. All elections shall be conducted under rules consistent with those last published by the National Council governing the selection of convention delegates. Only members of working age shall be eligible to vote. |
